Our Story
For more than 15 years, our founder worked in the human services field alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. Throughout her career, she witnessed the meaningful difference that compassionate and consistent support can make in a person’s life. She also became increasingly concerned by the gaps in care and the difficulty families often faced when trying to find dependable, high quality services for their loved ones.
We believed individuals and families deserved better. They deserved access to care that was not only available, but also personal, respectful, thoughtful, and centered on the whole person. She envisioned a provider that would take the time to truly know each individual, recognize their strengths, honor their choices, and support a life filled with purpose, connection, and joy.
That vision became Healthy Hearts Community Living. The company was created with quality at its center and compassion in every detail. Today, Healthy Hearts remains committed to providing individuals with the level of care every person deserves, while giving families confidence that their loved one is seen, valued, and genuinely supported.
